Heather is responsible for supervising functions within the department and provides direction for her team. She grew up in Ithaca, NY, and moved to Santa Fe in 2004. She enjoys reading, hiking, beading, time with family, her dogs, and her axoloti.

Melinda grew up in a military family based out of San Diego. She actively volunteers in the community, working with Outreach Programs, public speaking, and property management. She loves hiking, yoga, meditation, going out on the boat, and spending time with her partner, 7 kids, and 4 grandchildren.

Drop box: Two after-hours drop boxes: District office and Agora Shopping Center. Note: drop boxes are checked once a day, including weekends. The District does not assume responsibility for late or lost payments left in drop boxes.
NO CASH DEPOSITS should be left in drop boxes. Cash payments will only be accepted in person at the Customer Service and Billing Office. A receipt will be provided at the time of transaction.

By phone: Payments can be made by calling 1-844-678-4544. Please be advised, the bill payment provider will charge a separate transaction fee of approximately $3.70 for their services, and you must be prepared to provide them with your 8-digit account number.
